Q: How do you know if my website is "up"?
A: Our software checks the server response code from your website/server and if the server response code is "200", "302", "301", "403" or "401", your monitor is considered "up". Our Gold Members also can digitally 'Sign' their pages. With this feature we check for the digital signature. If it is not found we know the site is either down or compromised.

Q: How can I add SMS alerts to my account?
A: SMS or Text Messages can be added to our Gold Member accounts. Unlike other services you are not billed extra for SMS Text Messages when there is an outage. If you have a smart phone you can have your email forwarded to your phone. This is great alternative for Basic and Silver plan users too.

Q: Can I disable my monitoring for a short period of time?
A: Yes, you simply sign into your account and disable the site monitoring. You can then log in at a later time and turn it back on. It's exteremly easy to do.

Q: What IP's do you use for your monitoring locations?
A: The following IP's are used by our system and monitoring locations. If you use a firewall or need to allow our system to access your server, please use these IP's.
